1. Trade Show Visits
Based on clients’ procurement needs, we plan visits to professional exhibitions/trade show in China such as CIFF or Canton Fair, assist with translation and communication, and arrange visits to factories before and after the exhibition period. The itinerary includes transportation (by airplane, high-speed rail, or chartered car), accommodation, dining, etc. We follow up with post-exhibition quotes and collect samples, helping clients find products of suitable quality and price.
2. Overseas Client Factory Tours:
We arrange tours for clients visiting production facilities and showrooms in selecting suitable factories that manufacture high-quality products at reasonable prices.
3. Project Procurement:
We handle procurement for various products such as furniture, home decor, fitness equipment, sports goods, electronics, home appliances, toys, office supplies, hardware accessories, and stationery. Based on client-provided prototypes or samples clients choose at shows or photo specifications, we search for manufacturers and obtain quotes and samples for clients to confirm to purchase.
4. Factory Audit:
We conduct factory audits to verify factory compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and ethical practices. While clients get quotes only from internet or trade show, we assist them in confirming the reality of factory’s scale and production line capacity.
5. Order Execution:
We facilitate communication regarding Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), negotiate the best prices and term, determine the fastest delivery times, and help clients to confirm pre-production samples and proper packaging so factory has a standard sample to proceed mass production. And those would be our templates to execute final inspection before shipment.
6. Goods Inspection & Container Loading Check:
We compare bulk goods (finished products) against pre-production samples, exhibition samples, and client requirements to ensure quality. If necessary, our expericed QC would request factory to rework at site, or report to clients if quality is not good enough to make shipment. We also supervise container loading to verify the quantity loaded and the best use of container space.
7. Video confenrence
We can send representative to factory for client participation in video of viewing showroom samples or pre production sample confirmation/dicussion
8. Shipping logistics
We assist clients with container loading and shipping matters, including container booking from shipping company, custom clearance, document collection of bill of lading, P/L, and invoice, or consolidating less-container-load (LCL) shipments or combining goods from different factories. We also often help clients find economical ways for air freight of urgent samples or mass goods.

我们根据客户提供的样品或照片规格数据，寻找生产商并提供报价和样品。我们也协助工厂销售库存产品。
工厂验厂：
当客户在网上或展会上联系到工厂时，我们会派专员进行验厂，协助确认工厂规模和生产线产能。
订单执行：
我们协助客户与工厂沟通，包括最小订单量（MOQ）、最优价格和最快交货期，产前样品和包装模板的确认，以及安排寄送给客户端。我们还会监控工厂订单排程。
验货与监柜：
我们会根据产前样品、展览样品或客户要求，验收大货成品，并做出合理判断，必要时要求工厂返工。同时，我们会监督装柜过程，确保装柜数量正确。
视频会议：
我们通过视频让客户远程查看工厂样品间，或参与产前样品的讨论和确认。
货物出运：
我们协助客户处理工厂装柜出运事宜，包括整柜订舱、报关、提单和出运文件的收集和寄送。对于散货，我们也协助拼柜或收集不同工厂的货物一起出柜，或者提供经济的空运方式。
